After entering the home through the front entryway, you will be within the large great room offering the living room, kitchen and dining area — all with many windows and terrific views.
Living Room: In the living room, you’ll find comfortable furnishings, a bright and open ambiance and hardwood floors throughout. Enjoy the 50” Smart TV for those relaxed times or the desk space to catch up on some work. The room offers large windows throughout to bring in the natural light and the stunning red rock views. Note: the fireplace is not operational.
Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, and offers black stainless steel appliances, including a gas range. There is plenty of counter space and a butcher-block island – all perfect for meal prep and entertaining. You can also appreciate bar seating where you can talk with the chef or just enjoy a snack.
Dining area: The dining area offers seating for 10, plenty of natural light, and convenient access to the private backyard area.
Bedrooms/Bathrooms:
Master Bedroom: King size bed, 45” Smart TV, walk-in closet and hardwood floors. The private bathroom offers two vanities, a soaking tub and a separate, oversized tile shower with multiple showerheads. You will also have access to the backyard from this bedroom.
Bedroom 2: King bed, 43” Smart TV, and lovely hardwood floors. You will have access to the shared bathroom featuring a large tile shower.
Bedroom 3: Two (2) Twin XL beds (can be converted to a King upon request), 50" Smart TV, hardwood floors and shares a full bath with bedroom 2.
Outdoor/Patio areas:
The outdoor spaces are plentiful and peaceful. The backyard offers many mature trees for shade and privacy. Be pleased by the outdoor furnishings and picnic table on the covered patio, relax in the lounge chairs or enjoy a nap in the large hammock in the shade, appreciate a cooler evening around the fire pit, or grill up your favorites on the gas BBQ. If that is not enough, take advantage of the soothing hot tub after a day full of activities and the calming water feature, along with all of the surrounding red rock views.
